Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Administration
- Manage creditors and debtors with accurate reconciliations.
- Process invoices, cashbook entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Support payroll preparation and VAT submissions.
- Maintain records up to trial balance.
- Provide financial reporting and admin support to management.
- Office Support
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, and office schedules.
- Handle calls and correspondence professionally.
- Welcome visitors and manage front‑office interactions.
- Assist with general office administration and coordination.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4–5 years’ experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
- Diploma/Certificate in Bookkeeping or Accounting (advantageous).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel, QuickBooks) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional communication and client service orientation.
